Shipping and Returns Policy

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Packmart only delivers to addresses within Australia.

All deliveries are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $18.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days – we will make every effort to ensure your purchase is delivered ASAP. Upon successful completion of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing details of your order. Please keep this as a proof of your purchase.

Orders are processed for delivery only on Monday through Friday (excluding public Holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays will be shipped within the next 3-4 business days.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given to us, however, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis deliveries a result of incorrect data entry.

URGENT DELIVERY

In the event that you require an urgent local order within Adelaide, please call us so that we can try to accommodate your needs and arrange suitable pickup/delivery for the situation.
LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available at our retail location in the Adelaide Central Market and our warehouse (Welland) for online orders. Pickup orders will be processed are ready for pickup within 3 business days and require proof of purchase along with valid ID of the purchaser.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Only Items purchased on the Pack-Mart website can be returned for refund or exchange.

Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. Incorrect items because of incorrect data entry or mistakes from the supplier side can be exchanged for the item that you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. Alternatively, you may be able to exchange items at our retail store Pack-mart located within the Adelaide Central Market provided you show the relevant proof of purchase. Returns will only be accepted within 20 days from the date of collection.

We will make every effort to ensure your goods are packed safely and with the greatest of care. However, in the circumstance that your order arrives in a damaged state, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery to discuss the replacement of goods. In addition, we will require proof that the item has been damaged so please provide us with the relevant evidence and do not throw away damaged goods.
